2010 VOTE Richard J. Rawlings For Congress
Illinois 18th District
 I will be seeking Illinois 18th District Congressional Seat.
I ran for Congress in 2004 and 2006, without much help, and with no money. I do hope this changes for 2010.
I feel if we can raise the money needed to get on the ballot, we can get the signature needed too
